How to Measure Your Pram or Pushchair

Fold your pram, pushchair or travel system as compactly as possible before measuring. Measure the full length, width and height, including wheels, handles, frames and any fixed parts that cannot be removed. If components can be removed safely for packing, measure the item in the configuration you intend to ship.

We recommend choosing a box that provides enough additional space for protective packaging. Bubble wrap, packing paper and void fill can help reduce movement inside the box and provide extra protection during transit.

Packing Advice for Courier Delivery

For courier delivery, wrap the pram, pushchair or travel system before placing it into the box. Use bubble wrap, packing paper or other protective materials around the item to minimise movement during handling and transport.

How much do you charge for delivery and how quickly will I receive my order?

We offer three delivery options at checkout:

FedEx 1–2 Day Delivery: £5.50
Economy Delivery: £4.00
Free FedEx Delivery: available on orders over £75

Orders over £75 qualify for free FedEx delivery, usually delivered within 3 working days.

Customers who qualify for free delivery can still choose the faster FedEx 1–2 day delivery option at checkout for £5.50.

When will my order be dispatched?

For FedEx 1–2 day delivery, orders placed before 6:00am will usually be dispatched the same working day for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 6:00am will be shipped the following working day on a next day service.

For economy delivery, orders will be dispatched the following working day on a 3-day economy service via Evri or Yodel.

Which courier do you use?

Our FedEx 1–2 day and free delivery services are sent via FedEx.

Our economy delivery service is sent via Evri or Yodel and usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.
