More about packing your TV

A strong box is only part of good protection. Measure your TV’s full width, height and depth, then allow space for cushioning. Screen size alone does not confirm that a TV will fit.

Wrap your TV carefully, protect its corners and fill empty space so it cannot move inside the box. Keep tape off the screen and follow your TV manufacturer’s packing advice. Remove the stand where appropriate and pack it separately within the box, cushioned so it cannot contact the screen.

Our large-bubble wrap and foam corner protectors are optional extras. Check the fit again after wrapping, and securely tape the box closed. TV boxes are supplied folded in half.

How much do you charge for delivery and how quickly will I receive my order?

We offer three delivery options at checkout:

FedEx 1–2 Day Delivery: £5.50
Economy Delivery: £4.00
Free FedEx Delivery: available on orders over £75

Orders over £75 qualify for free FedEx delivery, usually delivered within 3 working days.

Customers who qualify for free delivery can still choose the faster FedEx 1–2 day delivery option at checkout for £5.50.

When will my order be dispatched?

For FedEx 1–2 day delivery, orders placed before 6:00am will usually be dispatched the same working day for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 6:00am will be shipped the following working day on a next day service.

For economy delivery, orders will be dispatched the following working day on a 3-day economy service via Evri or Yodel.

Which courier do you use?

Our FedEx 1–2 day and free delivery services are sent via FedEx.

Our economy delivery service is sent via Evri or Yodel and usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Do you offer Discounts?
