At Black Country Boxes, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide clear delivery options at checkout.

Delivery Options

FedEx 1–2 Day Delivery — £5.50

Our FedEx 1–2 day delivery service is available for £5.50.

Orders placed before 6:00am will usually be dispatched the same working day for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 6:00am will be shipped the following working day on a next day service.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Free FedEx Delivery on Orders Over £75

Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

Free delivery is sent via FedEx and is usually delivered within 3 working days.

Customers who qualify for free delivery may still choose the faster FedEx 1–2 day delivery option at checkout for £5.50.

Economy Delivery — £4.00

Our economy delivery service is available for £4.00.

Orders using this service will be dispatched the following working day on a 3-day economy service via Evri or Yodel.

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders on working days only, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

For FedEx 1–2 day delivery, orders placed before 6:00am will usually be dispatched the same working day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 6:00am will be shipped the following working day on a next day service.

For economy delivery, orders will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery prices and times may vary for remote areas, offshore locations, or addresses outside standard mainland UK courier zones.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Although we work hard to dispatch orders on time, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, bank holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
